1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Specteon and any applications within the Specteon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Specteon provides a central hub for the Specteon, a suite of AI-powered video generation tools. Services include account management, subscription billing, credit management, and access to network applications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. One account provides access to all applications within the Specteon.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Credits are shared across all applications in the Specteon and are subject to the terms of your chosen plan.

5. Ownership and Commercial Use of Generated Content

You own what you create, and you may use it commercially on every plan. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Specteon assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in and to the videos, images, and other content generated for you by any application in the Specteon network (“Generated Content”). You may use Generated Content for personal, educational, or commercial purposes — including paid advertising, client work, and monetized channels.

These rights are identical on every subscription plan. Plans differ only in the volume of credits and features they include — never in what you are permitted to do with your output. There is no royalty, attribution requirement, or per-use fee, and your rights to content generated before cancellation survive the end of your subscription.

Two limitations apply. First, you retain all rights to text, images, or video you upload (“User Input”), but you grant Specteon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service. Second, because Generated Content is produced by AI models shared across users, comparable output may be generated for others; you do not own those similar components and cannot enforce copyright against other users in respect of them. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with applicable law and that you hold the necessary rights to any likeness, trademark, or third-party material in your User Input.
